RAK’s First Integrated Co-Living Hub to Open at Mina Al Arab

RAK Properties has partnered with A.R.M Holding and HIVE to introduce a groundbreaking co-living and co-working community in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah’s flagship waterfront development. This innovative project is designed to cater to young professionals and entrepreneurs, offering a dynamic and community-focused lifestyle.

The 233-key development features a 117-unit HIVE co-living building and a 116-unit residential building for purchase. It also includes 300 sqm of retail space and 2,000 sqm of co-working facilities, making it HIVE’s first public workspace outside Dubai.

Residents will enjoy access to state-of-the-art amenities such as a flexible work lounge, listening room, chef’s kitchen, outdoor areas, a private pool, and open-air event venues. The co-working space will provide private offices, meeting rooms, dedicated desks, and quiet zones, fostering creativity and collaboration.

A.R.M Holding’s CEO, Mohammad Al Shehhi, emphasized the project’s role in supporting young professionals and entrepreneurs, while RAK Properties’ CEO, Sameh Muhtadi, highlighted its significance in setting new standards for residential offerings in Ras Al Khaimah.

With construction already underway, the project is set to redefine urban living, positioning Mina Al Arab as a hub for innovation and connectivity.
