HUNA's feature in Pambianco Real Estate

HUNA's feature in Pambianco Real Estate

1. How can the inclusion of artwork in a real estate project influence its own value perception?

At HUNA, we believe that art has the power to shift a space from being merely functional to deeply aspirational. Its presence elevates the emotional and sensory experience of a home, creating an environment that resonates with the soul rather than just the eye.

We integrate artwork as a foundational element, not decorative, but architectural. Each piece is curated or commissioned to reflect the narrative of the space, the identity of the neighborhood, and the spirit of the community we’re building. This creates a layered experience, where residents feel a connection not just to the property, but to a cultural story that’s unfolding around them.

Tenants today, especially in the premium segment, are drawn to homes with authenticity and meaning. Art enhances the perceived and actual value of a property by embedding uniqueness, cultural capital, and emotional resonance into the everyday experience.

2. What makes HUNA and HIVE residences stand out from other high-end projects in Dubai?

HUNA and HIVE residences are defined by a commitment to people-first living. In a market where luxury can often feel templated, we’ve chosen a different path, one that prioritizes emotional connection, community, and cultural relevance over formulaic opulence.

Our distinction lies in creating human-centered communities where design serves purpose, and art, wellness, and lifestyle are thoughtfully interwoven. These are not just homes, they’re environments built to foster belonging, creativity, and meaningful interaction. Every element is curated, from the scale of the development to the partners we collaborate with, ensuring that residents feel both privacy and connection.

We’ve consciously resisted one-size-fits-all models by benchmarking against transformative global neighborhoods and working with like-minded architects, designers, and cultural collaborators. This allows us to address real needs, uncover market gaps, and craft homes that are emotionally resonant, socially aware, and commercially sound.

Ultimately, what makes HUNA and HIVE stand out isn’t just design, it’s the feeling of being truly seen, of living in a space that reflects your values, lifestyle, and aspirations

3. How does HUNA integrate art and luxury brands into the design and housing proposition?

Every HUNA project includes thoughtfully selected or commissioned artworks, not as a finishing touch, but as a core component of the spatial narrative. These works help shape the identity of each development, while offering our residents a sense of place and personal connection.

Our collaborations extend beyond visual artists. We partner with design and lifestyle brands that share our values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and quiet innovation, brands that believe in creating with intention. Whether it’s bespoke furniture, artisan lighting, or curated amenities, each element is selected to enrich daily life and reflect a refined, global sensibility.

In a city where branding can be loud or superficial, our approach is subtle and sincere, grounded in storytelling, heritage, and emotional relevance.

4. What is the long-term vision behind HUNA's philosophy?

The vision behind HUNA is to redefine what “home” means in the context of modern luxury. We’re not here to just build high-end residences, we’re here to shape a new benchmark for living: one that is human-centered, emotionally intelligent, and culturally grounded.

Over the long term, HUNA aims to become a network of curated communities, places where art, design, and meaningful human connection coexist naturally. Each project is designed to be both hyper-local and globally aware, reflecting the spirit of its location while resonating with a cosmopolitan audience.

This is not just a design choice, it’s a cultural commitment. We want to leave behind more than just buildings; we want to contribute to Dubai’s legacy of progressive living, where lifestyle, identity, and purpose converge.

5. Can you give us some examples of significant collaborations that have taken place within HUNA residences?

At HUNA, collaboration is central to how we create meaningful living environments. A prime example is the Sculpture Park at H Residence, a curated outdoor space that evolves seasonally, featuring works by some of the region’s and world’s most compelling artists. To date, we’ve showcased pieces by Dia Al Azzawi, Nadim Karam, and Timo Nasseri, among others.

Our commitment to cultural exchange is further embodied in our partnership with Art Dubai, where through A.R.M. Holding, we serve as a lead partner. This collaboration has enabled us to support regional talent and strengthen Dubai’s global artistic voice. As part of this cultural dialogue, we launched HUNA Talks a platform where art, architecture, and thought leadership converge. These gatherings have welcomed leading voices in creative disciplines, fostering deep connections within our community.

Within the residences themselves, our art collection includes significant works that reflect both global and regional narratives. From large-scale sculptures to paintings by artists such as Elene Chantladze, Hassan Hajjaj, and Lamya Gargash, the collection forms part of the everyday fabric of our spaces.

Each of these initiatives is more than a showcase, they’re a tangible expression of our belief that community and culture are inseparable, and that art can be a catalyst for connection, meaning, and a richer way of living.
