A.R.M. Holding Children's Programme Celebrates Record Growth with 67% Increase in Participants

The 2024 edition of the A.R.M. Holding Children's Programme has achieved remarkable success, engaging over 15,000 students from more than 100 schools across all seven emirates—marking a significant 67% increase from the previous year. This makes it the largest cultural education programme in the UAE, developed in partnership with Art Dubai.
Under the innovative "Worlds in a Box" initiative led by Goa-based artist Sahil Naik, students explored creative expression through dioramas, memory, and built environments. The programme also successfully piloted tailored workshops for schools catering to people of determination and offered specialized masterclasses for educators, enhancing their capability to integrate creativity into the curriculum.
Teachers and educators praised the programme’s impact, highlighting notable improvements in student creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Educator masterclasses, led by Dr. Zinka Bejtic from the American University of Sharjah, emphasized practical teaching strategies, including integrating AI, art psychology, and national identity into education.
Building on this momentum, the 2025 edition promises further expansion, bringing artist-led workshops directly into classrooms, extending accessibility, and continuing its mission to nurture the UAE’s next generation of creative leaders and innovators.
