With hearts that accept the will and decree of God, A.R.M. Holding mourns with deep sorrow the passing of the late His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
His Highness's leadership, vision, and steadfast commitment were foundational pillars in the journey of A.R.M. Holding and in establishing the values on which the Group was built. His enduring legacy will remain an integral part of the Group's identity and its future.
We extend our sincere condolences to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and to the Al Maktoum family. We pray that God Almighty grants the departed His vast mercy and forgiveness, admits him to the highest gardens of Paradise, and grants his family and loved ones patience and solace.

"Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God have mercy on him, was a father and a mentor to us. Our relationship with him went far beyond work, to a deep affection and a pride in being close to him. In his guidance we found a father's wisdom, in his care a sincere affection, and in his conduct an example we follow. He gave us his precious trust, and with it came the weight of that responsibility and the duty to uphold it. His generosity towards us will always be great, and his influence runs too deep for his passing to erase. He left us with moments we will never forget: the way he listened, which made you feel valued; his humility, which drew you close; and his word, which was always matched by his deeds. It is these details we miss today, and they are what make speaking of him so deeply moving. His presence gave us reassurance, and the closer we came to him, the more attached we grew and the more we admired his noble character and profound humanity. However much we speak of the virtues of the nation's loss, words fall short of what we owe him and of the gratitude we carry. He helped shape who we are and instilled in us values that have become part of our lives. He will remain the father and mentor whose generosity we cherish, whose counsel we keep, and whose lessons we turn into sincere work. What we owe him is to safeguard the trust he placed in us, and to stay true to his values in serving the nation and its people. His passing is a painful personal loss for all who knew him and worked alongside him.”
