H.E. Mohammad Saeed Al Shehhi Named Among Forbes Middle East's Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders 2026

A.R.M. Holding is proud to share that our CEO, H.E. Mohammad Saeed Al Shehhi, has been recognised on Forbes Middle East's Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders 2026 list.

The list highlights the leaders shaping the region's cities and most significant developments. Under his excellency's leadership since 2019, A.R.M. Holding has built a diversified portfolio spanning HUNA, Dubai Real Estate Centre (DREC), and HIVE, anchored by landmark projects including the 5km² masterplanned community designed with BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group on the site of the Jebel Ali Racecourse, and ENTA Mina, the waterfront residential development launched with RAK Properties in Ras Al Khaimah.

His Excellency also serves as Vice Chairman of the National Media Authority and as a board member and General Manager of the Emirates Racing Authority.
