In an extended profile titled "Built for Living," Al Shehhi speaks about the group's evolution from its founding in real estate to a portfolio that now spans residential development, co-living, equestrian and sports interests, art collection, and a children's arts programme that has reached more than 37,800 students across all seven Emirates.

The piece examines what it means to build community at scale, from the 14 private villas of Across H on Al Wasl Road, to the five-square-kilometre masterplan at the historic Jebel Ali Racecourse, masterplanned in partnership with Bjarke Ingels Group.
